	11035 - Cam Cleat Plate and Loops The Cam Cleat Plate is the base plate used to hold the cam cleats which cleat off the outhaul and cunningham ropes. It is situated in front of the centreboard case. The loops fit into the grooves of the cam cleat plate and insure that the ropes go straight through to the cleat and are not able to get caught in other thigns or jump out of the cleats if pressure was provided upwards from behind the cleats.
